Intel loosens 13th-gen return policy: paying $599

Ana sayfa / News

Intel recently started accepting returns due to stability issues with the i9-13900K processors. However, the return policy was very strict and only processors with serious problems could be returned. However, now even processors with almost no problems are being returned.

Due to issues with the 13th and 14th generation Core processors, Intel has started offering some users full RMA refunds or a free upgrade to the more powerful i9-14900K model. Intel’s relaxation of its return policy after performance drops and stability issues with the processors seems to please users.

Initially, Intel only offered RMA returns to users experiencing serious issues. However, as user complaints increased, Intel relaxed this strict policy. Now, even users experiencing milder issues or no issues at all can request an RMA and receive a full refund or a free upgrade.

In particular, some users received a full refund of $ 599 , while others had the opportunity to upgrade their computers with a brand new i9-14900K processor. Users who shared this situation on social media are also very pleased with Intel’s quick acceptance of this process without asking for much documentation and evidence.

For example, one user stated that despite using his i9-13900K processor for two years without any problems , his return request was accepted and he received a full refund . Another user stated that he received his new i9-14900K processor in just three days. Naturally, this generous attitude from Intel has created great satisfaction among users.

Intel’s move seems to affect not only existing customers but also potential buyers. What do you think about this? Do you think Intel’s generous RMA policy will increase customer satisfaction? You can write your opinions in the comments section below.
